Are the products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes almost all our products are vegan and cruelty free. Only the SPF stick contains beeswax and can therefore not be labelled as vegan.
Where are the products produced?
We work with careful selected producers of our products. Our products are produced in The Netherlands, Germany and China.
Where is PMU TREAT located?
We are located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands
How long does PMU TREAT exists?
PMU TREAT is a brand of Alfrink Cosmetics which has over twenty years experience in developing and distributing cosmetics. PMU TREAT is founded five years ago.
Are the products compliant with EU regulations?
Yes, all our products are registered with the CPNP and are therefore compliant with all EU regulations.
Can my name be on the label?
According to EU regulations the responsible person has to be listed on the label. Since we have registered the products with the CPNP we have to listed as responsible person on the label. If you have an account with the CPNP we can put your name on the label and we can refer to our registration.
What is the expiry date of the products?
It depends on the product. Most of our products have 6/12m expiry date after opening. Before opening 12m-24m.
How long does it take for the products to be finished?
Depending on product and quantity, but mostly between 4-5 weeks.
Why do I have to pay in advance?
Since the products are specially produced for you and we have no use for them if you don’t respond anymore we request full payment in advance.
How does it work with the VAT?
For customers outside the EU we don’t need to add VAT. For customers within the EU e can invoice without VAT to customers who can provide their VAT number.
